AEGEAN Gift Card can be redeemed 48 hours after purchase. To redeem your AEGEAN Gift Card and book a flight, simply enter the promo code on your Gift Card in the special "Promo Code" field during the booking process through aegeanair.com, olympicair.com or the AEGEAN app. The amount of the AEGEAN Gift Card is automatically deducted from the total value of the booking.

If you have already booked a flight, you can use your promo code to enhance it with additional services (extra baggage, seat selection, Fast Track service, sports equipment, or pet/animal transportation) via "My Booking".

The AEGEAN Gift Card can be used by its recipient or by any other person and for one or more passengers*. There is no link between recipient's name and AEGEAN Gift Card. For children traveling alone, the use of the AEGEAN Gift Card is not possible.

*The use of the Gift Card by third parties is only permitted with the knowledge or consent of the legitimate recipient. Identification or confirmation of the recipient may be requested after ticket issuance.

You can use your AEGEAN Gift card for any flight operated by AEGEAN and/or Olympic (one-way or roundtrip, domestic and/or international and direct or connecting). All codeshare flights or flights not operated by AEGEAN and Olympic Air aircrafts are not eligible.

In this case, the amount redeemed on your flight or additional services will be deducted from the AEGEAN Gift Card and you can reuse the same promo code in the future for the remaining amount.

The AEGEAN Gift Card promo code is valid for ticket issuance 48 hours after the purchase and for 12 months from the date of purchase after which it will be forfeited. The booked flight may be for any future travel date.

In case you wish to cancel a ticket booked with AEGEAN Gift Card either in full or partially combining a card for the additional amount, the full refundable amount will be returned in the form of a Gift Voucher promo code.

In case of flight cancellation or reschedule, you may modify your reservation with no additional charges or request a Gift Voucher for the total amount paid for the original booking. You may request a Gift Voucher here.

As soon as payment has been completed changes can no longer be made on AEGEAN Gift Card (Name, Wish etc).

Purchase cannot be cancelled and the amount is non-refundable.

The "Delivery Date" option allows the sender to schedule the delivery of the AEGEAN Gift Card to the recipient on a specific date. The expiration date of the Gift Card remains 12 months from the purchase date, regardless of the delivery date. If the "Delivery Date" option is selected, the AEGEAN Gift Card will be sent between 11:00 and 12:00 (Greek time) on the specified date. The "Delivery Date" option cannot be modified after the purchase is completed.
