Web Check-in

As of December 1st, 2011, passengers travelling on economy class from the airports of Athens El.Venizelos, Thessaloniki-Macedonia, Barcelona, Brussels, Larnaca, London - Heathrow, Frankfurt and Stuttgart, will be able to check-in ONLY from their computers, mobile phone, or from one of our self check-in kiosks at the airport.

Web check-in from your computer or ask your travel agent to do it for you, 48 hours to 30* minutes prior to the flight departure. Choose your seat on the flight, print your boarding pass and you're ready for boarding!!

Get your boarding card fast and easy:

	Insert either the number of your e-ticket or your reservation code, as issued by the Aegean Airlines system, and your surname.

	Choose your flight, and just pick the seat of your choice from the aircraft seating display that will come up on the screen.

	Print out your boarding card.

	Take your luggage at the at the dedicated "Drop-off" counters at the airports. If you do not have luggage proceed towards your gate.

Drop-off baggage

	All passengers who check in to their flight via web or mobile check-in and depart from Athens International Airport, save even more time, as they drop off their baggage to a special counter (web & mobile baggage drop off)

	If you have baggage to check, you may use the designated check-in counters, where our personnel is always there to assist you.

	Dedicated check-in counters are also available at all airports, for our Business Class passengers or Miles&Bonus Gold Card holders.

	Special services desks are available to assist our passengers with special needs, those travelling with pets and for unaccompanied minors.

At the airport

In order to travel, you should go to the airport gate, at least 30 minutes before the departure time of your flight, without visiting the check-in counter before. At the gate you have to present your id or your passport, as well as the boarding card, which you must have printed after the completion of the electronic check-in procedure.

Useful information about the web check –in service:

The service is available 48 hours to 30* minutes prior to scheduled time of departure
It offers the opportunity for those passengers returning the same day to also check-in for their return flight (Provided the return flight is within the mentioned time frame)
It offers the opportunity for passengers whose journeys involve several flights to check in for all flights involved (Applies for flights with partner airlines of Aegean)
The service is not available for unaccompanied children, passengers with special needs and passengers travelling with pets

The boarding pass you will show will have to be printed. Photocopy or fax will not be accepted. If you do not have access to a printer to print the boarding pass, you can also use the Self service kiosks at the airport.
