Mobile Check-in

From December 1, 2011, passengers travelling economy class from the airports of Athens El.Venizelos, Thessaloniki-Macedonia, Barcelona, Brussels, Larnaca, London - Heathrow, Frankfurt and Stuttgart, will be able to check-in EXCLUSIVELY from their computers, mobile phone, or from one of our self check-in kiosks at the airport.

Save time with Mobile Check-in from 24 hours up to 30 minutes before your flight, by choosing the seat of your preference.Now you can Mobile Check-in, easily and quickly from any airport Aegean flies.Go to mobile.aegeanair.com from your mobile, click on “Check-in” from the main page and follow the next simple steps:

Step 1 Insert your last name and your reservation code or the number of your e-ticket and press "Continue”. Step 3 If you choose to change your seat on the previous step, then the seat map will appear on your screen. Choose the seat of your preference and press “Confirm” to continue. Step 5 Mobile Check-in is completed. This step includes all the information about your flight and general travel information. In case Mobile Boarding Pass is available for your flight (*) select the corresponding link to view the 2D barcode (two-dimensional bar code).

Step 2 The flight details, the name of the passenger (or passengers traveling with the same book) and the seat which is automatically chosen by the system, appear on your screen. Select the passenger or passengers whom you want to check-in with and press "Continue". If you want to change your seat number, select "Relocate" Step 4 Enter your email address or phone number to receive by e-mail or SMS, the Mobile Boarding Pass or your check-in confirmation. (*) Step 6 Arriving at the checkpoint or boarding gate, you need to have the image of Mobile Boarding Pass with the 2D barcode (two-dimensional bar code) on your mobile screen with your necessary travel documents. ( * )The Mobile Boarding Pass is currently supported from all Greek domestic airports, as well as from all international airports except the airports of Tel Aviv and Moscow.  If you are travelling from Tel Aviv or Moscow you are able to perform Mobile Check-in, but you will not receive a Mobile Boarding Pass. Instead you will receive a Mobile Check-in confirmation.  Once you arrive at the airport you can proceed to Aegean check-in counter or Self Check-in kiosk (where available) to print your Boarding Pass.
