Cabin and Checked baggage essentials
Baggage allowances, fees, and dimensions vary based on your flight, fare family (Light, Flex, Family, Comfort Flex & Business), and fare class (Economy or Business). The maximum weight for checked baggage is 32 kilos—anything exceeding this must be sent via Cargo.
Important Note for Economy - Light Fare Travelers
If you’re traveling in Economy (Light Fare) and cabin storage is full, you will need to check in your carry-on bag for free at boarding. A baggage receipt will be provided at the gate, and you can collect your bag at the baggage belt upon arrival. Before handing it over, please remove valuables such as laptops, cameras, and power banks.

It is not possible to add an extra carry-on bag, however you can purchase additional checked baggage, any time up to two prior to your flight’s scheduled departure.
A personal item (e.g., a handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack) is allowed but must fit under the seat in front of you.
