Passengers with an Economy class booking can upgrade their ticket to business via:

Economy Class tickets under the Saver, Flex or ComfortFlex fare category are eligible for an upgrade to Business class through “My Booking”. Passengers may request an upgrade anytime up to 2 hours prior to the flight departure simply by paying the fare difference.

The process is simple and exclusively online. Login to your Miles+Bonus account and submit your request up to 2 hours before departure through the “Free Business Class Upgrade” section. Please note that the upgrade benefit applies to Silver and/ or Gold members, as well as to passengers included in the same booking.
