Our Cargo department was set up in 2001 in order to offer full services to our customers. Today, our cargo department operates almost across the whole of the company’s network to 145 international as well as Greek destinations, offering airport-to-airport services for freight carriers, import/export companies, postal and courier firms and private individuals needing to transport items by freight.

All the department’s operations are focused on immediate service for our customers. The exceptional on-time performance levels of the company’s network, and the way freight bookings are handled, both allow us to provide an immediate response to more than 95% of customer’s freight requests (Fly as Booked) on a daily basis.

The booking system that operates from March 2006 offers to our customers the opportunity to get informed via live tracking for the progress of the delivery of their merchandise, from the moment of the booking until the final delivery to the recipient.
