Terms and conditions for issue of Aegean and Olympic Air Bonus Tickets

  1. Holders of credit cards that are part of Alpha Bank's Bonus Loyalty Programme (hereinafter "Holder") may redeem points they have collected by using their card (hereinafter "Card") to issue airline tickets offered by Aegean Airlines (Aegean) (hereinafter "Bonus Ticket") and Olympic Air subsidiary in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein which supplement the terms of the aforementioned Programme (posted on Alpha Bank's website http://www.alphabonus.gr/files/terms.pdf).
  2. To obtain a Bonus Ticket, Holders must accumulate the number of points stipulated on the redemption charts posted from time to time on the Bank's website, as above. A maximum of five (5) Bonus Tickets may be issued per month under the above programme.
  3. Bonus Tickets are issued exclusively for specific, scheduled domestic or international direct flights operated by Aegean and Olympic Air. Tickets with open departure and return dates are not issued. Mixed cabin (Economy & Business) combination in the same booking it's not permitted.
  4. The seats available for Bonus Tickets on each flight are limited, pursuant to Aegean and Olympic Air’s current business policy. General availability of seats on a particular flight does not imply availability of Bonus Ticket seats.
  5. Aegean and Olympic Air reserve the right to limit or exclude Bonus Ticket seat availability on any flight, to any destination and during any period, and is not responsible for any inability to make a booking during periods of high-demand.
  6. Bonus Tickets may be issued in the name of the Card Holder or in the name of a third party that the Holder indicates to Aegean and Olympic Air.
  7. It is noted that Bonus Tickets do no include taxes, airport duties, Athens International Airport charges, additional premiums or any other charges or fees (hereinafter "Charges") imposed on passengers by any authority or body. Charges must be paid by the Holder and are posted to the Card used to redeem the points for the issue of the Bonus Ticket.
  8. In the event passengers wish to make any changes to the ticket information and/or cancel it or they do not show up for the flight and wish to reissue the ticket, they will be subject to additional charges and restrictions. Information regarding these is available at: https://aegeanairlines.custhelp.com/. Passengers may also obtain information about Aegean and Olympic Air’s policy on refunds of Taxes- Duties-Charges following ticket cancellations at the same link.
  9. Points related to cancelled tickets are refunded in full. Points are not refunded in the event of a no-show or if the passenger does not notify Aegean and Olympic Air before the flight. Where applicable, points are re-credited to the Card within three business days of the cancellation. In the event a Bonus Ticket is cancelled and the Holder requests verification that the points have been correctly refunded to the Card, Aegean and Olympic Air may undertake to review the case only for Bonus Tickets issued up to one year before the request for a review is lodged.
  10. From time to time, Aegean and Olympic Air may, for a limited time period, make special offers to issue Bonus Tickets for fewer points than those listed on the current redemption scale. Aegean and Olympic have the right to remove those special offers before their expiration date. However, Aegean and Olympic Air are entitled to refuse to refund redeemed points for these particular Bonus Tickets in the event of cancellation or changes to the ticket.
  11. The issue of Bonus Tickets, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein, is possible with the use of the Card exclusively, online through www.aegeanair.com, or by calling at Aegean Call Center at 801 11 20000 from a landline (local call) or at (+30) 210 6261000 from a mobile phone or from abroad, Monday-Sunday, around-the-clock service. For tickets purchased through the Call Center, a service fee of 23 euros per ticket is applied. Bonus Tickets are not issued by travel agencies, or other entities.
  12. The change and the cancellation of Bonus Tickets, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein, is possible with the use of the Card exclusively by calling at Aegean Call Center at 801 11 20000 from a landline (local call) or at (+30) 210 6261000 from a mobile phone or from abroad, Monday-Sunday, around-the-clock service. Additional charges apply. Resale or exchange of Bonus Tickets is strictly prohibited. In the event the aforementioned provision is violated, or where there is evidence of illegal use or abuse of the Holder's rights deriving herefrom, the Bank reserves the right to immediately exclude the Holder from any current or future offer under the Programme and to remove all the points from the Holder's Card.
  13. Aegean and Olympic Air’s liability is limited by the provisions of current Greek and international legislation.
  14. The carriage of Aegean and Olympic Air passengers is subject to Aegean and Olympic Air’s conditions of carriage and to laws applying to air transport in force from time to time.
