From Wednesday, June 1, 2022, logging in to your account will require “2-factor Authentication"
To enhance the security of your account, either it is Basic or Miles+Bonus, from 01.06.2022, we will enable “2-factor Authentication”. This new process shall be mandatory for logging in to your account.

How does it work?

Step 1: Enter your email or Miles+Bonus member ID and password.
Step 2: You will receive an email or SMS (at the email address or the mobile number saved in your profile) including a 6-digit, numerical, one-time code (One Time Password), in order to enter it, so as you validate your identity.
Login to your account and click on the section "My Profile", to ensure that the contact info saved on your profile is valid.
b) Login via the AEGEAN app
Download the latest version of the app and follow 2 steps to login to your account:
Step 1: Enter your email or Miles+Bonus member ID and password.
Step 2: Select the channel (email or SMS) through which you shall receive the one-time password to validate your identity.
