New AEGEAN App

Everything you need to know about a smooth transition to the New AEGEAN App:

  1. For Already Checked-In Passengers
    Please note that your mobile boarding passes will not be transferred automatically to the new AEGEAN App. To retrieve them use the link provided via email or SMS after completing Check-in. Any mobile boarding pass saved to your digital wallet can still be available.
          
  2. Notifications
    Only upcoming notifications will appear in the AEGEAN App after the upgrade. Past notifications will not be carried over!

  3. My Trips
    For logged-in users: All trips that have a frequent flyer number added will be available as always.
  1. Recent trip searches
    Recent trip searches performed on the App prior to the upgrade will not be transferred. However, your new searches will be conveniently located and easily accessible on the Homepage, under the 'Book' tab.

  2. App Settings
    Upon downloading the new AEGEAN App, you’ll need to reconfigure your preferences for language, notifications, and Quick PIN/Biometrics to continue enjoying a seamless experience.
