Inmarsat and Deutsche Telekom enable a seamless Internet connection on the entire route network of the Aegean A320neo family via S-band satellite and an LTE-based terrestrial network across Europe.
Deutsche Telekom is the Internet service provider (ISP) and is responsible for the commercial processing of the Aegean Wi-Fi onboard internet services.
The aircraft is connected to the European Aviation Network which combines S-band satellite coverage with a complementary 4G LTE ground network to provide high-speed coverage across all 28 European Union states, plus Norway and Switzerland.
To connect to Aegean Wi-Fi Onboard, you can use any Wi-Fi enabled device such as your smartphone, tablet or laptop.
All routes operated by an equipped A320/321 neo aircraft will have the Aegean Wi-Fi onboard service available.
Even if you do not want to use the free Internet options offered to you (see above how you can get it), you may purchase Aegean Wi-Fi onboard internet access on board and receive Internet access immediately. Alternatively, you may pre purchase a Wi-Fi onboard voucher, 48 hours before your flight, through aegeanair.com.

For destinations with limited connectivity coverage only Text bundle for instant messaging is available free of charge.
You can purchase your internet access by credit card (MasterCard, Visa American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, China Union Pay) or Apple pay.
It is not possible to use more than one device at a time: You first need to log off on your first device before logging onto a second device.
Interruptions may occur inflight for various reasons. These may be due to technical or regulatory reasons or simply due to unfavorable weather conditions. The European Aviation Network provides high-speed coverage across all 28 European Union states, plus Norway and Switzerland. However, outside of this area the access to the internet may be limited or not available.
