Breeze through the boarding process with Digital ID
AEGEAN’s Digital ID makes domestic travel even more carefree and seamless!
Digital ID allows passengers holding a Greek National ID to add their digital verification, through Gov.gr wallet app, to the AEGEAN App Mobile Boarding Pass.
This facilitates the passenger’s boarding process and aides the visual check and verification process at the departure gate for all AEGEAN and Olympic Air domestic flights.
How it works
Following the mobile app check-in process you can add your digital ID.
1. Select Passenger
Enter the ID details of the passenger you selected
2. Authentication
Follow the instructions displayed on the app and proceed with approval through the push notification you received from Gov.gr Wallet app
3. One Time Password
Memorize the one time password displayed in Gov.gr Wallet app and return to AEGEAN app for input
4. New Mobile Boarding pass!
Your Digital ID verification has been added. Have a nice trip!
*Note: The verification process used is based on highly secure, encrypted and GDPR compliant specifications used for online transactions. Since the AEGEAN app does not store any personal data derived from the Gov.gr wallet app, you will need to verify your ID for every domestic flight.
