The service is non-refundable, except in cases of airline cancellations or other involuntary changes.
Re-routing and re-issue is possible only from airports where the Fast Track service is offered.
Fast Track is a third-party service and is separate from the provision of air carriage. The provider’s terms and conditions apply and may vary by airport.
The airline shall have no liability for such services apart from making the arrangements.
The airline’s responsibility is limited to arranging the service and does not cover its performance, delays, cancellations or incorrect information provided by the third-party service.
All passengers remain subject to the same security procedures and regulations.
The airline shall not be liable for missed flights. All passengers are advised to allow sufficient time for airport security.
Fast Track prices range from EUR 4 to EUR 23, depending on the airport.
The service is not available to unaccompanied minors or passengers with mobility equipment, as they are provided with dedicated assistance.
