Terms & Conditions of Monetary refund for a Credit Voucher

  1. When you submit your Credit Voucher monetary refund request, you give us your permission to cancel the corresponding Credit Voucher, which will no longer be valid for use, and you agree that the requested amount to be credited back to you is the one that has been displayed to you in the Credit Voucher monetary refund form.

  2. As soon as the Monetary refund for your Credit Voucher is processed successfully, your Credit Voucher will be cancelled, and you will receive a confirmation email as well as an email with further instructions on how to provide us with your  bank account details for the refund.

  3. If your Credit Voucher was increased by the additional 10% top-up on your initial ticket price, this will not be calculated in the amount of your monetary refund. 

  4. If you have partially used the relevant Credit Voucher, then the used amount will be deducted from the Credit Voucher and you will receive the remaining balance.
