Get a Monetary Refund for your Credit Voucher

If you have received a Credit Voucher for a flight that was cancelled and you do not want to use it or you haven’t been able to use it within its validity date, you have the option to exchange it for a monetary refund.

You can check the status of your Credit Voucher in the below form. Simply fill in your Credit Voucher promotional code and the corresponding booking reference (PNR) which you can find on the email you received with your Credit Voucher.

The available remaining balance of your Credit Voucher will be displayed, and you may proceed with submitting a monetary refund request. Upon submission, your Credit Voucher will be cancelled, and you will receive an email with instructions on how to provide us with your bank account details for the refund.
