1. What is the rebooking policy for flights until 31st of July?
If you have a ticket issued up until 09/04/2020 with original travel date up from 01/04/2020 until 31/07/2020, you can change it online to any future date on/after 01/09/2020 up until 27/03/2021, with zero fare difference, no rebooking fees, and up to 3,000 extra Miles+Bonus award miles, up until 27th of April 2020. In case one of the flights of your tickets is within the period 01/04/2020 - 31/07/2020, you can still change it online with zero fare difference, no rebooking fees and up to 3,000 extra Miles+Bonus award miles.
2. What about rebooking of cancelled flights?
If your flight has been cancelled, and you have already submitted a credit voucher request and you have received your credit voucher, you cannot proceed with rebooking.
If your flight has been cancelled, and you have already submitted a credit voucher request, but you haven’t received the respective voucher, then you can proceed with rebooking your tickets via call center or via your travel agent (if your initial booking was via travel agent) and take advantage of new rebooking opportunities.

3. What about the award miles offer upon rebooking?
- Blue and Silver members of Miles+Bonus will be offered 2,000 award miles for every ticket change according to the terms of the offer, as described in question 1.
- Gold members of Miles+Bonus will be offered 3,000 award miles for every ticket change according to the terms of the offer, as described in question 1.
- If a rebooking includes more than 1 ticket change, and provided all terms of the offer are met, then award miles will be awarded per ticket change.
- It is prerequisite for the Miles+Bonus member ID to be included in the initial booking, for the miles to be awarded.
- The Miles of the offer are additional to the award miles that will be accrued by the rescheduled flight and will be awarded up to 15 working dates after ticket rebooking.
- Miles will be awarded only upon 1st tickets rebooking.
- The miles offer is not valid for tickets with the following booking classes: I, X, N, R , F, G.
- The miles offer is not valid for rebooking of tickets originally issued after 09/04/2020.
4. I am a Miles+Bonus member and I haven’t included my Miles+Bonus member ID in the initial booking?
If you have scheduled a flight up until 31/07/2020, and you haven’t included your Miles+Bonus member ID and you are already a member, you can follow below steps online via our website (aegeanair.com, olympicair.com) or via AEGEAN app in My Booking section:
- Proceed with EDIT DETAILS, and in the field Frequent flyer Program you add Aegean Airlines – Miles+Bonus, and in the field Frequent flyer Number you add your Miles+Bonus member ID.
- Then you can proceed with CHANGE FLIGHTS
Alternatively, you can contact our call center, or directly your travel agent (provided you have completed your booking via a travel agent), in order to proceed with the above.
For canceled flight, you can maintain your Miles+Bonus account number via the call center or your travel agent (provided you have completed your booking via a travel agent), during the rebooking process.
5. Can I enroll in Miles+Bonus now and take advantage of the award miles offer?
If you have scheduled a flight up until 31/07/2020, and you are not a member of Miles+Bonus program, you can now enroll to the program, and fill in you frequent flyer number to your booking, following the steps described below, online via our website (aegeanair.com, olympicair.com) or via AEGEAN app visiting My Booking section:
1. Register in Miles+Bonus program or Upgrade your Basic account if you are already registered in aegeanair.com
2. Then, in My Booking section, you proceed with EDIT DETAILS, and in the field Frequent flyer Program you add Aegean Airlines – Miles+Bonus, and in the field Frequent flyer Number you add your Miles+Bonus member ID.
3. Then you can proceed with CHANGE FLIGHTS
Alternatively, you can contact our call center, or directly your travel agent (as long as you have completed your booking via a travel agent), in order to proceed with the above.
For cancelled flights, you can register your Miles+Bonus account number via the call center or your travel agent (provided you have completed your booking via a travel agent), during the rebooking process.
