Online booking

Through our easy-to-use online booking service, offered via aegeanair.com and the Aegean app, you can simply and quickly book your flight for all AEGEAN and Olympic Air destinations as well as code-share destinations. You just have to:

• enter your departure city/airport and arrival city/airport
• select one-way flights, return flights or multiple destinations
• choose desired travel dates
• set the number of passengers by type (adults, children or infants) and
• apply a promotional code if available

You will then be presented with all flights offered according to your selected route and dates.

You can also use the Low Fare Calendar so as to find the lowest prices available for your trip! Choose a destination and search for the dates with the lowest prices up to 11 months ahead.

Extra options

While booking your flight, you have the opportunity to:

• choose from various fare types offering different baggage allowance, conditions to change or cancel your flight, discounts for children and infants, priority in check-in or baggage handling, lounge access, seat selection and mileage accrual.
• request special assistance, select your seat, arrange extra baggage at a discount, add security fast track, insure your trip, book airport parking, rent a car, book a hotel and order a special meal.

Faster online booking with “My Aegean” account

Log in to “My Aegean’’ and complete your online booking even faster and easier! If you have a Basic account, all your personal information, contact details and preferences will be automatically prefilled so as the booking process can be completed in just a few clicks.

If you have a Miles+Bonus account, you will also have the chance to earn miles from your trip, as your Miles+Bonus member ID will be prefilled as well.

Miles+Bonus miles redemption

Miles+Bonus members can also redeem award miles to book flights with AEGEAN, Olympic Air and our Star Alliance partners. Simply log in to your Miles+Bonus account and go to “Spend miles’’ in order to redeem miles for award tickets.

Points redemption through participating Bank loyalty schemes

AEGEAN partners with the Alpha Bank Bonus scheme, the Eurobank €pistrofi loyalty scheme and the Bank of Cyprus antamivi scheme.

Through these partnerships, you can redeem online:

• the Bonus points you have collected through your Alpha Bank Bonus cards,
• the Go For More points you have collected through your National Bank of Greece cards and
• the antamivi points you have collected through your Bank of Cyprus cards

in order to issue airline tickets on the AEGEAN and Olympic Air network.

Infants & children

You can book a flight online for infants and children travelling with you. Additionally, AEGEAN service for unaccompanied children allows minors aged between 5 and 12 to travel safely when in certain circumstances are not accompanied by their parents/guardians.
