Flights to and from Jeddah resumed on Saturday, 7 March 2026.
 
Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East:

• Flights to and from Tel Aviv, Beirut and Amman are cancelled up until Wednesday, 22 April 2026.
• Flights to and from Erbil and Baghdad are cancelled up until Sunday, 24 May 2026.
• Flights to and from Dubai are cancelled up until Sunday, 19 April 2026.
• Flights to and from Riyadh are cancelled until the scheduled early morning arrivals on Saturday, 18 April 2026.

Passengers affected by the above cancellations may:

• Request for a refund here or credit voucher for future use here.
• Change their tickets free of reissue charge and fare difference through the call center at (+30) 210 6261000.

Additionally, passengers holding tickets to/from to/from Riyadh, Beirut, Tel Aviv, Amman and Dubai for flights from 19 April 2026 to 30 April 2026, and passengers holding tickets to/from Erbil for flights from 25 May 2026 to 07 June 2026, may, if they wish:

• Change their tickets free of reissue charge and fare difference, with a new travel date up to and including 31/05/2026 and for Erbil up to and including 30/06/2026 by calling (+30) 210 6261000.
• Request for a credit voucher through the call center at (+30) 210 6261000

  
Passengers holding tickets to/from Erbil and Baghdad for flights from 25 May 2026 to 07 June 2026, may, if they wish:

• Change their tickets free of reissue charge and fare difference, with a new travel date up to and including 30/06/2026 by calling (+30) 210 6261000.
• Request for a credit voucher through the call center at (+30) 210 6261000
