You can also redeem your miles against free stays online! Login to your Miles+Bonus account and submit an online redemption request, at least 2 working days prior to the required date, in accordance with the rates in the following table. Afterwards, the hotel will inform you regarding the acceptance or rejection of your request. In case of request acceptance, the corresponding award miles will be automatically deducted from your account.
 
All above-mentioned rates are quoted per room, per day, inclusive of breakfast, services & all taxes. 
The member must pay the all additional charges prior to the checkout and departure from the hotel.

Extra Charges/Children policy                                     
- A child under 2 years old stays free in a baby cot.      
- A child more than 2 years old or an adult, is charged 10€ per night stay/per person for 1 extra bed.
- The maximum capacity for extra beds/baby cots in a room are 1-2.
