Silver and Gold members will be able to submit their request for free Business Class upgrade, exclusively online!
What changes in the process?
You may login to your account and through the “Free Business Class upgrade” section, put forward your request, up to 2 hours before your flight departure.
If your request is confirmed, you will receive a new ticket via email.
In any case, you may login to your account and track the progress of your request.
Upgrade your Economy Class ticket to Business Class and gain access to several complimentary services and amenities, before, during, and after your flight!
It is noted that just you or a passenger within the same booking with you may enjoy the benefit.
