• Redeem miles for an award ticket and change an award ticket
• Use Miles+Bonus services (e.g. Miles+Cash, Miles+Bonus Memories, Purchase and Share miles, Claim missing miles, Miles redemption for additional services)
• Earn and redeem miles on Miles+Bonus Partners
• Convert miles into EKO Smile points
• Convert miles into ALL - Accor Reward Points
• Purchase and redeem an AEGEAN Pass
• Convert Alpha Bank Bonus points into miles
• Use Miles+Bonus coupons

If you are a Miles+Bonus member and you are travelling during the above-mentioned period, please note:

• In order to collect all respective miles from your flight and be able to experience any tier benefits at the airport (e.g. access to AEGEAN Business Lounges, Fast Track service, extra baggage) as well as be recognized from the Star Alliance network, you should:
  • Have already filled in your Miles+Bonus member ID during your booking,
  • Or complete your check-in and fill in your Miles+Bonus member ID outside the downtime period in Miles+Bonus login
