You can now redeem your miles against free stays at City Hotel and The Excelsior!
Login to your Miles+Bonus account and submit an online redemption request, at least 2 working days prior to the required date, in accordance with the rates in the following table. Afterwards, the hotel will inform you regarding the acceptance or rejection of your request. In case of request acceptance, the corresponding award miles will be automatically deducted from your account.

Black-out dates: Exhibition and Congress periods
All above rates are per room per night and include breakfast, taxes and VAT, except the accommodation tax fee, which must be paid directly from the member to the reception upon check in.
The member must pay the all additional charges prior to the checkout and departure from the hotel.
