• Seat Upgrade can be applied only on Aegean Airlines or Olympic Air operated flights
• It is required a valid and paid Economy Class (Go Light or Flex) ticket with confirmed reservation in any booking class, apart from the booking classes U, P, T. Award tickets, charter flights and barter tickets, are not eligible for Seat Upgrade.
• Seat Upgrade can be booked up to 24 hours prior to the respective flight departure and is subject to Business Class availability. General seat availability does not necessarily imply that a complimentary seat upgrade will be provided.
• Seat Upgrade can only be booked by the member via Aegean Airlines' Reservations Department( 801 11 20000 or +30 210 62 61 000). Seat Upgrade can be used by any third party you choose.
• Mileage accrual is applicable according to the original booking class purchased, not the booking class flown after the Seat Upgrade.
• Each Seat Upgrade regards a single flight segment.
• It is clarified that, a) for date and time changes you should contact Aegean's Call Center at 801 11 20000 (from a fixed phone) or at (+30) 210 6261000 (from a mobile phone or from abroad), on a continuous basis, 24 hours a day, seven days a week upon a re-issue fee of 20 Euros per ticket, b) rerouting after ticket issued is not permitted, c) in cases of non-show or cancellation, the coupon cannot be re-used, d) cancellation of seat upgrade is not permitted and e) any difference between the initially purchased ticket and the new, higher class of service in taxes, airport duties, A.I.A. (Athens International Airport) charges, insurance surcharges, as well as any additional charge or fee imposed by any Public Authority, is due by the member (the difference in the charges is payable by the member and are due upon issuing the upgrade award).
• This benefit is provided on a coupon basis upon upgrade or tier renewal and can be used within the period that the tier is valid.
