Competition Terms and conditions

A.    Wimbledon tickets

• The prize consists of two (2) return flights on Aegean airlines AEGEAN on selected routes (see relevant air ticket terms and conditions below), and two (2) tickets for Wimbledon Tennis Championship on Friday 27 2014, including full corporate hospitality in Hertz suite.
• Accommodation with Marriot hotel is valid for a double room on the 26th of June 2014 (check in) to the 28^th of June 2014 (check out), 2 nights in total.
• Max 2 guests per room.
• Breakfast for two staying guests.
• Accommodation voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for monetary value.
• The competition is only open to residents of Greece and Cyprus.
• The prize has no retail value, and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize can be transferred to a relative of the winner, subject to approval.
• Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the/each prize-winner and companion.
• To be eligible for the draw, customers must make a Hertz reservation and a completed rental by 6 June 2014, using the Promotion Coupon (PC) 198704

• The Prize draw is open to persons over the age of 18.
• The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the Hertz car rental process. 
• The prize will be drawn on Tuesday June 10 and all reasonable attempts to contact the winner will be made on the same day.  If the winner does not confirm he can travel to London to utilize the prize up to three (3) days after the draw, or if there is insufficient information supplied in the booking to make contact with the winner, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
• The promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the prize.
• Promotion is open to customers where permitted by local law.  By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Hertz and AEGEAN to use their name and photograph for publicity.
• The promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. B.    Flight tickets

 

• The draw is being organized by the company “Hertz Europe LTD.”
• The lucky winner of the draw wins two (2) round trip air tickets, from either Greece (Athens) or Cyprus (Larnaca) to London- Heathrow, departing on 26/06/14 and returning on 28/06/14.
• Tickets are issued in Economy class, for the routes covered by the AEGEAN network (point-to-point).
• Tickets are available only from the origin of Greece or Cyprus.
• Tickets are offered with a reservation right (Space Confirmed) and cannot be issued open. Reservation must be made at the latest 3 days after the draw on June 10th.
• Airport taxes and fees (as in force at the specific period), are included in the offer.
• Ticket reservation and issue are subject to the above specific travel dates.
• Tickets will be issued only by the AEGEAN offices. To reserve and issue the tickets you may communicate with the company’s servicing office at (servicingoffice@aegeanair.com or 210-6261709, from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
• Under no circumstances can the route or class of the ticket be modified.
• It is explicitly agreed that the offered tickets cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged with money.
• The tickets pertain to flights operated only by AEGEAN and it is not possible to change the airline.
• The Airline’s liability is limited according to the applicable Greek and International legislation.
If it is not possible to communicate with a winner for any reason for up to 3 business days from the day of draw (including chance and force majeure events), then AEGEAN is released from any obligation towards that winner. 
• If AEGEAN communicates with the winner, it will ask for the winner’s minimum necessary details on the telephone, in order to proceed with the above communication with the other participants and with all the necessary actions for the finalization of the winner and the award of the prize to him/her.
• AEGEAN reserves the right to request from the winner his/her written consent, at the free and uninfluenced will of each winner, for the use of the minimum necessary details on its Website or in the context of any other promotional activity related to the Competition.
• The communication with the winner for awarding the prize will be done by the organizer (Hertz Europe).
• The liability of the above company is exclusively limited to the availability of the planned prize.
• Any prize not used for any reason is cancelled and the winner does not have the opportunity to claim another prize or any other prize or compensation.
• The organizer can determine at its own right the special characteristics of the prizes.

 

C.    Double Travelair Club miles

• Qualifying reservations for Double miles must be for a minimum of 3 days.

• Qualifying reservations for standard miles must be for a minimum of 1 day.
• Standard blackout dates apply including major holidays and events.

• Mileage accrual is viable only for active Miles&Bonus members.
• Miles count only as Award Miles.
