Since things don't always go as planned, Miles&Bonus has added more flexibility in the Award Ticket rules. You can now change your Award Ticket at least 30 minutes prior to your flight without losing your miles. Even if you wish to cancel it, you can now get back all your Award miles!

Changes or cancellations to your award ticket can be made for a fee of €20 per ticket through Aegean Airlines Call Center.

Notes:

• Only the date and time of the Award Ticket can be changed.
• Change or cancellation of a booking or an issued Award Ticket can be performed at least 30 minutes prior to flight’s departure.
• A fixed fee of 20 Euros per ticket is applicable to all award changes or cancellations.
• Award miles will be credited to member’s account in total once the cancellation has gone through.
• Change or cancellation of a booking or an issued Award Ticket can be performed by calling Aegean Airlines Call Center.
• Valid for Award Tickets on both Aegean and Star Alliance carrier flights.
• Effective for Award Tickets booked and issued from 15 September 2012.
