Upgrade Award can be applied only on Aegean operated flights (both domestic and international). You are required to have a valid and paid Economy Class ticket with confirmed reservation to get yourself upgraded.

- Miles earned for travel using upgrade award will be based on the original class of the service purchased.
- Seat Upgrade Award can be booked up to 24 hours prior to the respective flight departure and is subject to business class availability.
- Each Seat Upgrade request is for max.4 passengers and 1 flight segment.
- Seat Upgrade Award can only be booked via Aegean's Reservations Department( 801 11 20000 or +30 210 62 61 000)
