Terms & Conditions

  • The double value of your Freedom Pass voucher is valid for voucher requests until September 30th and for bookings made from October 1st until March 26th, which respond to flights from October 1st, 2021 until March 26th, 2022, for all domestic and international flights operated by AEGEAN or Olympic Air.
  • The voucher can be used for bookings in EUR currency.
  • Codeshare flights are not included.
  • Double value of your Freedom Pass voucher is applied on the value of the fare of your booking, excluding taxes and additional services.
  • Voucher discount is only applied if promotional code is filled in with the code of the voucher (that is sent by email) used on booking form.
  • Valid for Economy class and Business class bookings.
  • The Freedom Pass voucher is valid for all booking through aegeanair.com, olympicair.com and Aegean App.
  • The promotional code cannot be used along with a credit voucher/another promotional code.
  • In case the ticket includes 2 flights, both need to be done till March 26th, 2022, otherwise the promotional code cannot be proceeded.
  • In case you do not use the voucher, you are not eligible for a refund (either for the full amount of the voucher or for the remaining amount that has not been used).
  • Ticket changes and cancellations are permitted, according to fare category rules of initial booking (in case of cancellation, the amount of Freedom Pass voucher that is used is non-refundable).

Terms of Miles+Bonus:

 

  • The triple miles offer with the voucher is valid for bookings from October 1st, 2021 up until March 26th, 2022 along with Freedom Pass Voucher code usage, and for flights from October 1st 2021 up until March 26th, 2022.
  • The offer is valid for one way and return flights operated by AEGEAN and Olympic Air network.
  • Τhe offer is valid exclusively for award miles.
  • The extra award miles will be credited up until 15 working days after the completion of each flight, provided that Freedom Pass Voucher code is used during the booking, and also the Member has entered Miles+Bonus member ID during the booking.
