Flexibility due to weather conditions

You can rebook your ticket on any available flight to the same destination, at a new time or future date and/or to a different destination, through our call center or through your travel agent.

Please note that we are currently receiving a high volume of calls. We apologize for any delayed response.

We also inform you that you can change your ticket even after your initial flight date.

You may request a Credit Voucher of the same value as the initial ticket purchased. You will be able to redeem your Credit Voucher on any future flight within the next 18 months. If you do not use it, you are eligible to request a monetary refund, either for the total or the remaining unused amount, 12 months after the date of its issuance. You can rebook your ticket for free up until 28/03/2021, on any available flight to the same destination to any future date:

• online through My booking or
• through our call center or
• through your travel agent.

You have the option to request a Voucher* of the same value as the ticket purchased, even after the flight departure. You will be able to redeem your Voucher on any future flight within the next 18 months. The application form for the Voucher is available here.

*Vouchers issued for voluntary ticket cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be used by another person.
