Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to an AEGEAN Pass ticket bundle (“AEGEAN Pass”) submitted to AEGEAN Airlines SA (“AEGEAN” or “Airline”).
The Airline reserves the right to modify and otherwise change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. These modifications or changes shall not impact the current AEGEAN Pass bundles.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only understanding between the parties regarding the AEGEAN Pass and replace any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the subject matter hereof.
The Airline's inability to exercise any of its rights shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of the future performance of any of its rights, and customer’s obligations with respect to such future performance shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Without prejudice to customer’s right under mandatory local laws to initiate legal proceedings before other competent courts, customer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece, for settlement of any dispute which might arise as a result of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Airline’s Conditions of Carriage and Privacy Policy which documents are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The AEGEAN Pass refers to a specific number of flights and the passenger can choose to redeem their AEGEAN Pass either from or to the destination they have purchased, for one way or roundtrip ticket.
3. The final purchase price of the AEGEAN Pass does not include airport taxes. Airport taxes are paid upon completion of the redemption process for each flight.
4. AEGEAN Pass is valid for redemptions and flight dates within 12 months since its purchase. The owner can redeem the flights of their preference, without any period of exception (black-out dates). As the passenger selects how many days prior to the desired flight date they wish to redeem their ticket, the available options are:
a. Redemption up to the day of the flight.
b. Redemption up to a maximum of 7 days before the flight date.
c. Redemption up to a maximum of 30 days before the flight date.
In this case, the 12-month redemption period will vary accordingly.
It is clarified that the redemption time does not coincide with the travel time, as regardless of the above option, the flight can be completed up to the 365th day of the AEGEAN Pass validity.
5. The AEGEAN Pass offers “last-seat availability”, which translates into allocating a seat to the passenger’s preferred flight at the time of the reservation,
even if there is only a last one left in economy class.
6. The AEGEAN Pass is strictly personal, which means that only the person who has purchased it can use the Flights. The Flights cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash from the person who has purchased the AEGEAN Pass to another person or to another flight -either in whole or in part.
7. The AEGEAN Pass may be used by adult passengers (i.e. over 12 years of age) only.
8. In the event that the holder wishes to travel with an infant (0-2 years) or child (2-12 years) and the Pass holder has made their booking using the AEGEAN Pass, they should contact the AEGEAN call center.
A. The 90% discount on the infant fare is calculated based on the highest Economy fare (Y fare) and the call center fee does not apply. After adding an infant to the booking and in case any change is needed, the booking can only be managed through the call center.
B. For the issuance of the child's ticket, a separate booking is made, the charge of which is made based on the availability on the fare and additionally a service fee of €23 of the call center applies. The fee of €23 is not refundable. The child's booking can be managed through the “My Booking” function.
Airport taxes also apply to infants and children tickets.
9. The user cannot modify the criteria he has defined when purchasing the AEGEAN Pass and cannot cancel the AEGEAN Pass (AEGEAN Pass is non-refundable).
10. The final price of the AEGEAN Pass varies, depending on the criteria the user selects during the purchase process.
11. The owner agrees and understands that the real-time prices displayed in each AEGEAN channel may be lower or higher than the prices of the AEGEAN Pass.
12. In case the owner of an AEGEAN Pass cancels the flight or fails to appear at the airport on time (no-show) due to their own responsibility, the specific AEGEAN Pass flight is forfeited and the fare is non-refundable. Taxes are refunded based on the applicable refund policy for each of them, and this process can only be carried out through the AEGEAN's Call Center, with a service fee of €23. In case the owner has a roundtrip ticket and cancels or fails to appear at the airport on time for the outbound flight (no-show) due to their own responsibility, the AEGEAN Pass flights are forfeited and the fare is non-refundable. Taxes are refunded based on the applicable refund policy for each of them, and this process can only be carried out through the AEGEAN's Call Center, with a service fee of €23. If the holder wishes to retain the return flight, they must contact the Call Center in order for the ticket to be reissued, subject to a €23 service fee.
13. Each owner can own up to 5 active AEGEAN Passes. AEGEAN Pass is considered active for one year after purchase and has remaining flights.
14. AEGEAN Pass can be purchased by a Credit/Debit Card Visa & Mastercard (purchase is not supported by other cards, such as PayPal, American Express).
15. The rerouting of a ticket, which was issued by redeeming an AEGEAN PASS, is only permitted between the destinations of the AEGEAN Pass that was used for the issuance of the original ticket, through the AEGEAN call center, and a service fee of €23 applies.
16. Each flight refers to one seat and no additional seat is allowed (either for special baggage or for personal comfort).
17. For international flights, due to changes in exchange rates, there may be small differences in the fare value of the ticket purchased by the passenger using the AEGEAN Pass, compared to the initial price per route that has been prepaid. These differences do not result in additional charges or refunds for the passenger.
18. For all flights arriving to and departing from Saudi Arabia, E3 tax is applied. The tax is applied per direction and must be paid for all ticketing transactions, including both first issuance and reissuance of tickets. The amount is 8.00 SAR per direction. The value in EUR is determined based on the conversion rate on the day of the transaction.
The different bundles of the AEGEAN Pass are defined by the criteria below:
- One or multiple routes
- Annual number of flights pre-selected
Single or Multiple routes
AEGEAN Pass flights only concern specific flights within Greece or abroad for either single route or multiple routes.
-Annual number of flights
AEGEAN Pass bundles can be defined into 2 flight packs regarding the annual number of flights the user is willing to prepay.
- 6, 8, 12 or 20 flights within 12 months for international routes
- 8, 12, 14, 20 or 30 flights within 12 months for routes within Greece
The available options of annual flight number differentiate among international or domestic routes
-Minimum ticket issuance time for flight
During AEGEAN Pass purchase, the person chooses how many days prior to the flight date they may proceed with the flight issuance. The time is based on the Greek time zone. The predefined options are:
- On the same day of the flight
- 7 days before the departure
- 30 days before the departure
The same time limits must be met in case of ticket change.
2. The holder can redeem the flight displayed for the selected prepaid AEGEAN Pass. The booking can be made for direct one-way or round-trip flights operated by AEGEAN or Olympic Air. Codeshare flights are excluded.
3. The conversion of a roundtrip ticket to a one-way ticket can only be made through AEGEAN’s Call Center, with a service fee of €23.
4. The owner of AEGEAN Pass is rewarded with the highest mileage of the Flex Economy Class, both for award and tier miles.
5. For adding a seat and/or checked bag for free or with a discount, the owner of the AEGEAN Pass should proceed with the respective selections during the redemption of the flight or through manage my booking. The discounts do not apply when payment is made using Miles+Bonus miles.
Seat and baggage benefits:
Customers eligible to additional seat discount (Gold tier members for example), will receive the highest seat discount. Discounts do not apply cumulative.
6. With every AEGEAN Pass you may take 1 carry on cabin baggage of up to 8kg and a personal item (women's/men's handbag or thin laptop case).
7. Upgrade to Business Class is not applicable. AEGEAN Pass Tickets can only be upgraded to business class by using complimentary seat upgrade coupons. In case a passenger use a complimentary seat upgrade coupon, a ticket change is not permitted.
8. Usage of promocode, Credit voucher or Gift Card is not applicable.
9. After the successful purchase of the AEGEAN Pass, a payment receipt for the purchase by debit/credit card is sent to the customer-purchaser via email. The retail receipt or invoice is issued upon issuance of the relevant tickets to the passenger's details.
10. In case of changing a ticket that was originally issued with an AEGEAN Pass redemption, the new flight must have taken place by the expiry date of the AEGEAN Pass. It is clarified that the minimum pre-purchase days set at the time of purchase of the AEGEAN Pass are also applicable when changing the ticket.
The Summer Passes cover 8 flights, while the Athens-Paros route and vice versa also has the option of 12 flights.
It is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used during summer months from 06/01 to 30/09.
The ticket with Summer Pass can be purchased up to 3 days in advance before the flight.
4. The «Έχω πάει» Pass holder cannot choose the same route for redemption. The holder will be able to redeem their next trip to another destination from those available listed in term 1
5. The holder of the «Έχω πάει» Pass will be able to redeem their flights no less than 20 days before the desired flight. It is clarified that the time is according to Greek time.
In the event of a ticket change, the 20 days in advance must be followed.
6. The final purchase price of the «Έχω πάει» Pass does not include airport taxes. . Airport taxes are paid upon completion of the redemption process for each flight.

The «Έχω πάει» Pass is available for purchase from November 19, 2024 to January 31, 2025 (15.00 Greek time) and flights from January 8, 2025 to October 23, 2025 (for redemption, 20 in advance should be taken into account, so the holder to redeem the flight). The «Έχω πάει» Pass will not be able to be used for travel during the following periods:

Aegean Pass Purchase
1. The AEGEAN Pass is a product of AEGEAN which is defined by a 6, 8, 12 or 20 flight pack for international routes and 8, 14 12, 20 or 30 -flight pack for routes within Greece. AEGEAN Pass purchase and ticket redemptions can only be made via the www.aegeanair.com website. The AEGEAN Pass concerns tickets for which terms and conditions apply as per Fare Category Flex.2. The AEGEAN Pass refers to a specific number of flights and the passenger can choose to redeem their AEGEAN Pass either from or to the destination they have purchased, for one way or roundtrip ticket.
3. The final purchase price of the AEGEAN Pass does not include airport taxes. Airport taxes are paid upon completion of the redemption process for each flight.
4. AEGEAN Pass is valid for redemptions and flight dates within 12 months since its purchase. The owner can redeem the flights of their preference, without any period of exception (black-out dates). Summer Passes of AEGEAN Pass:
The Summer Passes of AEGEAN Pass are valid for flights from Athens to Paros or to Naxos or to Milos and vice versa.The Summer Passes cover 8 flights, while the Athens-Paros route and vice versa also has the option of 12 flights.
It is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used during summer months from 06/01 to 30/09.
The ticket with Summer Pass can be purchased up to 3 days in advance before the flight.
«Έχω πάει» Pass:
1. «Έχω πάει» Pass is an AEGEAN product defined by bundle of 6 flights to 32 destinations from/to abroad. More specifically, it concerns the following routes, as listed in the table below.
2. The 32 destinations follow the flight activity of AEGEAN. In the available destinations there are destinations that have no flight activity throughout.
3. The holder of the «Έχω πάει» Pass can choose between the routes defined in term 1 and can only be used for 3 different round trips.

5. The holder of the «Έχω πάει» Pass will be able to redeem their flights no less than 20 days before the desired flight. It is clarified that the time is according to Greek time.
In the event of a ticket change, the 20 days in advance must be followed.
6. The final purchase price of the «Έχω πάει» Pass does not include airport taxes. . Airport taxes are paid upon completion of the redemption process for each flight.
7. The «Έχω πάει» Pass is available for purchase from November 19, 2024 to January 31, 2025 (15.00 Greek time) and flights from January 8, 2025 to October 23, 2025 (for redemption, 20 in advance should be taken into account, so the holder to redeem the flight). 8. It is clarified that the availability of seats does not guarantee availability for redemption of the «Έχω πάει» Pass.
9. The owner of the «Έχω πάει» Pass is entitled to choose a standard seat for free.
10. With each «Έχω πάει» Pass, the holder can have cabin hand luggage up to 8kg and a personal item (ladies/men's bag or laptop case).
Otherwise, the terms and conditions of the AEGEAN Pass apply.
