Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the use and operation of the AEGEAN Pass, a flight package ("AEGEAN Pass") provided by AEGEAN Airlines S.A. ("AEGEAN" or "Airline").

The Airline reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Such modifications and changes may affect existing AEGEAN Pass packages.

A prerequisite for purchasing an AEGEAN Pass is registration with Miles+Bonus.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek Law, and the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from their application. These Terms and Conditions should be interpreted in conjunction with the Terms and Disclosures.

Purchase of AEGEAN Pass

The AEGEAN Pass is strictly personal, and flights can only be performed by the member in whose name it was purchased. The AEGEAN Pass cannot be assigned, transferred, or sold, either entirely as a package or as individual flights, to another person.
The AEGEAN Pass applies exclusively to direct flights within the AEGEAN or Olympic Air network and does not include codeshare flights.
The available AEGEAN Passes include either a single-route package or a group of routes, and the holder can choose to redeem a flight both to and from the selected destination(s).
At the time of purchase, the holder can choose the AEGEAN Pass according to:
a) the number of flights.
Packages of 6, 8, 12, or 20 flights are offered for international flights, and 8, 12, 14, 20, or 30 flights for domestic flights.
b) the minimum days of redemption before the execution of each flight.
• redemption up to the day of the flight,
• redemption up to 7 days before the flight,
• redemption up to 30 days before the flight.
The price of the AEGEAN Pass is determined based on the choices made by the holder during the purchase and is defined by the number of flights and the minimum redemption days prior to the flight.
The AEGEAN Pass can be purchased via www.aegeanair.com or the AEGEAN App.
The final purchase price of the AEGEAN Pass does not include airport taxes, which will be paid at the time of redemption of each flight.
The validity period of the AEGEAN Pass is 12 months from the purchase date. All flights included in the AEGEAN Pass must be completed within this timeframe. Upon completion of the purchase, the holder receives a confirmation email sent to the details registered in their Miles+Bonus account, indicating the expiration date of the AEGEAN Pass based on Greece's local date/time.
"Seat availability" is defined as up to the last available seat in the corresponding cabin class (Economy class) for the selected flight.
The AEGEAN Pass can be issued for use only by passengers over 12 years old. If the holder wishes to travel with an infant (0–2 years old) or a child (2–12 years old), they must contact AEGEAN’s Call Center after redeeming the AEGEAN Pass flight to issue a ticket for the child or/and the infant.

A. If the infant ticket (0–2 years old) is issued within the AEGEAN Pass time parameters (minimum number of days for redemption prior to the flight & expiration date), the 90% discount on the infant fare is calculated based on the adult fare. If the ticket is issued outside the AEGEAN Pass parameters, the 90% discount is calculated based on the highest Economy fare (fare Y). It is clarified that the issuance of the infant ticket and any changes to the booking after adding the infant can only be done through the Call Center, without the €23 service fee.
B. For child ticket issuance (2–12 years old), a separate booking is made, charged according to ticket availability, and subject to the €23 Call Center service fee, which is non-refundable. The child’s booking can be managed only through the call center and a service fee of €23 applies.

Airport taxes also apply to infants and children’s tickets.
The holder cannot change the initial parameters set (number of flights and minimum redemption days) during the AEGEAN Pass purchase.
The AEGEAN Pass cannot be canceled after purchase, nor is any partial or full refund allowed.
The holder agrees and understands that ticket prices communicated by AEGEAN by any means may be lower or higher than AEGEAN Pass prices.
The holder may hold up to 5 active AEGEAN Passes. An active AEGEAN Pass is defined as a package that has not exceeded one year since purchase and has remaining flights.
The holder is entitled to exclusive privileges with each AEGEAN Pass purchase, which vary depending on the number of selected flights:
• 50% discount on Up Front seat selection for each AEGEAN Pass of 8 flights and free for each AEGEAN Pass of 12, 14, 20, or 30 flights.
• 30% discount on checked baggage for each AEGEAN Pass of 12, 14, 20, or 30 flights.
• Free winter ski or snowboard equipment for AEGEAN pass (single or multi) to/from Geneva, Zurich, Milan, Munich & Sofia.
If the holder is eligible for a discount due to Miles+Bonus tier level, the higher discount applies, and discounts cannot be combined.
To benefit from the free or discounted seat and/or baggage, and the free winter ski or snowboard equipment, holder must add the service at the time-of-flight redemption or later via "My Booking." Discounts do not apply if services are paid using Miles+Bonus miles.
Payment is made using a Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card (other cards such as PayPal, American Express are excluded).
For each flight the AEGEAN pass can be used for one seat and the addition of an extra seat (e.g., for special luggage or extra comfort) is not allowed.
After purchasing an AEGEAN Pass, a payment receipt is sent to the buyer via email. The retail receipt or invoice is issued at the time of ticket redemption, in the passenger's name.
For international flights, due to exchange rate fluctuations, minor differences may occur in the ticket fare value compared to the prepaid per-route price. These do not result in additional charges or refunds for the passenger.
On all flights departing from or arriving in Saudi Arabia, tax E3 is applied. This tax is charged per direction and must be paid for all ticket issuances, including reissues. The amount is 8.00 SAR per direction. The equivalent EUR amount is calculated based on the exchange rate on the transaction day.
Promocodes, Credit Vouchers, or Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase the AEGEAN Pass.
Each AEGEAN Pass allows the holder to carry one (1) cabin baggage up to 8kg and one (1) personal item (handbag/laptop case) in the cabin.

Redemption of AEGEAN Pass Flights

The holder of the AEGEAN Pass may choose to redeem their AEGEAN Pass for travel to or from the purchased route, either for a one-way or a round-trip ticket.
Redemption of AEGEAN Pass flights can be made via www.aegeanair.com or the AEGEAN App after the holder logs in to their Miles+Bonus account through the "My Profile" section.
Tickets for AEGEAN Pass are issued under the Economy Flex fare category.
The AEGEAN Pass is valid for redemption and travel within 12 months from the date of purchase.

It is clarified that:
A. The holder may redeem a ticket according to the minimum redemption days (0, 7, or 30) before the flight, as selected during the AEGEAN Pass purchase.
B. The redemption date does not necessarily coincide with the travel date, as the flight may be taken up to the 365th day of AEGEAN Pass validity, regardless of the chosen redemption option.
There are no blackout periods for redeeming AEGEAN Pass flights.
AEGEAN Pass tickets are issued for confirmed seats. Waitlisting is not permitted.
After completing each flight, the AEGEAN Pass holder is rewarded with tier and redemption miles based on the highest earning rate for Economy Class – Flex.
Promocode, Credit Voucher, or Gift Card cannot be used to pay taxes during AEGEAN Pass redemption.

Changes and Cancellations

In case of a voluntary ticket change originally issued via AEGEAN Pass redemption, the new flight must be completed before the AEGEAN Pass expiration date.
It is clarified that the selected minimum pre-purchase days during AEGEAN Pass purchase also apply when changing the ticket.
If the holder cancels the flight or fails to show up at the airport on time (no-show) through their own fault, the specific AEGEAN Pass flight is forfeited, and the fare is non-refundable. Taxes are refunded based on the applicable refund policy.
In case the holder has a roundtrip ticket and cancels or fails to show up for the outbound flight on time (no-show) due to their own fault, the flights included in this specific AEGEAN Pass ticket are lost, and the fare is non-refundable. Taxes are refunded according to the policy applicable for their return.
In the previous case, if the holder wishes to keep the return flight, they must call the Call Center to reissue the ticket with a service charge of €23.
Rerouting, for a ticket issued with an AEGEAN Pass redemption, is allowed only between the destinations of the AEGEAN Pass used for the issuance of the original ticket. The change can only be made through the Call Center, and a service charge of €23 applies.
In the case of a multi-pass, the holder can redeem a roundtrip ticket, provided that the departure and return airport are the same. If they wish the departure and return to be from different airports included in the multi-pass, they must proceed with two separate bookings.
AEGEAN Pass tickets can be upgraded to Business Class via a request for a free upgrade, which can only be done online through the Miles+Bonus account. Any change to the upgraded flight and/or any other flight included in the same ticket can only be made through the AEGEAN Call Center, with an additional charge of €23 per ticket. In case of a date or time change of flight, if there is no availability for a free upgrade to Business Class, the already approved free upgrade is non-refundable. Seat upgrades via payment, use of Miles+Bonus, or upgrade challenge are not permitted.
