1.Who is eligible to use the AEGEAN Pass?
AEGEAN Pass is personal, thus only the person who has purchased it may book and use the flights of the Pass.

2. How groups of routes or multiple routes work?
AEGEAN Pass gives you the opportunity to select either a single route or a group of routes - as it is displayed in the table above.
For instance, if you purchase a Pass for flights between Athens, Thessaloniki and German destinations (Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Munich, Frankfurt) you may choose whatever combination of these routes you want, eg Athens to Frankfurt, Thessaloniki to Dusseldorf (Athens to Thessaloniki is not part of this Pass).

3. Are there any black-out periods for the AEGEAN Pass flights?
No black-out periods apply.

4. Will I always find a seat for the AEGEAN Pass flight that I want?
The AEGEAN Pass offers you last-seat availability, meaning that you will be allocated a seat even if there is only a last one left in economy class. 

5. What is the advance purchase time?
Advance purchase is defined as the minimum days you prefer to book your flight in advance. For instance, if you have selected as advance purchase “0 days before travel”, it means that you may book a flight even the day of your preferred flight. If you have selected “7 days before travel”, it means that if today the date is 15/8, you are allowed to book a flight with departure date after and on 22/8. You are not allowed to book a flight with departure date prior to and on 21/8. The ticket reservation time is based on the Greek time zone.

6. What is the validity of the AEGEAN Pass?
AEGEAN Pass flights are valid for travel dates up to 12 months since the date of purchase. Any flight left upon expiration will be forfeited. For example, if you have purchased an AEGEAN Pass on 10/01/2023, then you must have completed all your flights by 10/01/2024; otherwise, the remaining flights will be forfeited. You should also consider the option of the days of booking in advance for your AEGEAN Pass. In the above example, if you have chosen 30 days, the last day you can make a reservation is 10/12/2023.
 
7. Can the parameters of the AEGEAN Pass change after its purchase?
No, the criteria selected upon purchase apply until the expiration of the Pass.

8. Do I earn Miles+Bonus miles with each AEGEAN Pass flight?
Yes, you earn the maximum Award and Tier Miles for Economy Class Flex fare with every flight you make with your AEGEAN Pass. This enables you not only to retain your tier but also upgrade faster than usual, while topping up your account.

9. What if I cancel or miss an AEGEAN Pass flight?
If you happen to cancel an AEGEAN Pass flight or fail to show up at the airport (non-show), then this particular flight will be forfeited and cannot be refunded. Airport taxes may be refunded via AEGEAN’s call center, where a service fee for ticket refund applies (€23).

10. Can I change an AEGEAN Pass flight date?
Yes. All AEGEAN Pass flights, have unlimited free changes within 12 months since the AEGEAN Pass purchase. Be aware that the pre-selected advance purchase time must be met in case of ticket change. The date of the new flight should follow the selected advance purchase time.

11. Can I upgrade my AEGEAN Pass ticket to Business Class?
AEGEAN Pass Tickets can only be upgraded to business class by using complimentary seat upgrade coupons. In case a passenger use a complimentary seat upgrade coupon, a ticket change is not permitted.

12. Which flights are included in my Pass?
Every AEGEAN Pass includes all direct flights, operated by AEGEAN/Olympic Air, to the selected destinations. All flights correlated to AEGEAN Pass are one way, and you can redeem them for one way or roundtrip ticket. For instance, for an AEGEAN Pass Athens-Thessaloniki, you are eligible to redeem a ticket from Athens to Thessaloniki and from Thessaloniki to Athens.

13.  Can I change the route on a ticket issued with an AEGEAN Pass?
You can change the route of your ticket, as long as the new itinerary you wish to change is covered by the AEGEAN Pass from which the original ticket was issued. The change can be made via the AEGEAN call center, where a service fee applies (€23).

14. What are the Summer Passes of AEGEAN Pass?
The Summer Passes of AEGEAN Pass are some specific passes for Greek islands of Paros, Naxos and Milos. You can choose between the available packages (8 or 14 flights for Paros, 8 flights for Naxos and 8 flights for Milos). Purchasing one of these passes gives you the flexibility to redeem your tickets up to 3 days before flight. The Summer Passes are valid for one year and can be used only the summer period between 01/06 and 30/09. For instance, if you purchase a Summer Pass on 01/05/2023, you can redeem tickets from 01/06 to 30/09/2023. In case you purchase the Summer Pass on 02/08/2023, you can redeem your ticket for flights from 05/08/2023 to 30/09/2023 and from 01/06/2024 to 02/08/2024.
