Terms & Conditions of tickets issuing via €pistrofi euros redemption

1. Terms & Conditions of tickets issuing via partial redemption

• Any ticket changes can take place via card usage through 23all AEGEAN digital channels, or by calling at AEGEAN call center at 801 11 20000 from a landline (local call) or at (+30) 210 6261000 from a mobile phone or from abroad, Monday-Sunday, around-the-clock service. Τicket changes are subject to additional charges, based on the fare and class category, according to AEGEAN Fare rules & policy. For tickets changes that take place through Call Center, a service fee of 23 euros per ticket is applied. 
• It is clarified that ticket cancellation is possible, as long as the ticket fare is eligible for cancellation according to AEGEAN fare rules and policy. In case of partial or whole booking cancellation, at first actual euros are refunded to the Holder card, and then €pistrofi euros refund follows, as long this need comes up according to the type of cancellation. The refund of €pistrofi euros takes place up until thirty (30) days after the initial cancellation. 
• Ticket cancellation is possible only by calling at AEGEAN call center at 801 11 20000 from a landline (local call) or at (+30) 210 6261000 from a mobile phone or from abroad, Monday-Sunday, around-the-clock service. Τicket cancellations are subject to additional charges, based on the fare and class category, according to AEGEAN Fare rules & policy. For tickets cancellations that take place through Call Center, a service fee of 23 euros per ticket is applied. 
• Ticket changes and ticket cancellations terms are based on fare and class selected by the card Holder. Moreover, ticket changes and ticket cancellations terms can differentiate based on route selected according to AEGEAN Fare rules & policy.
• Any additional charges that come up after ticket change or cancellation are charged at Holder’s card and cannot be paid via €pistrofi euros partial redemption.

2. Terms & Conditions for issue of AEGEAN and Olympic Air €pistrofi Tickets

• The change and the cancellation of €pistrofi Tickets, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein, is possible with the use of the Card exclusively by calling at AEGEAN Call Center at 801 11 20000 from a landline (local call) or at (+30) 210 6261000 from a mobile phone or from abroad, Monday-Sunday, around-the-clock service. Additional charges apply.
• Resale or exchange of €pistrofi Tickets is strictly prohibited. In the event the aforementioned provision is violated, or where there is evidence of illegal use or abuse of the Holder's rights deriving herefrom, the Bank reserves the right to immediately exclude the Holder from any current or future offer under the Program and to remove all the €pistrofi euros from the Holder's Card.
• AEGEAN and Olympic Air’s liability is limited by the provisions of current Greek and international legislation.
• The carriage of AEGEAN and Olympic Air passengers is subject to AEGEAN and Olympic Air’s conditions of carriage and to laws applying to air transport in force from time to time.

3. Terms & Conditions of tickets issuing via €pistrofi promocode  

• Holders of cards that are part of €pistrofi Program (hereinafter "Holder"), the Card loyalty program of Eurobank may use a 14-digit promocode (hereinafter “€pistrofi code”) provided by the Bank, in order to issue award tickets offered by AEGEAN (hereinafter “Tickets via €pistrofi promocode”) and Olympic Air in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein which supplement the terms of the aforementioned Program.
• Issuing tickets via €pistrofi promocode is the ability of the card holder to use specific promotion code here that has received by the Bank, in order to issue award tickets.
• Ιn order that a card holder issues a ticket via €pistrofi promocode, the holder must enter the €pistrofi promocode that has received from the Bank at the field  “€pistrofi code” here.
• €pistrofi promocode is valid for ticket issuing, that its exact fare and type (Business or Economy call, one-way or roundtrip, domestic or international short and long distance) is defined by the Bank, as well as its expiration date, for direct flights operated by AEGEAN and/or Olympic Air and includes 1 free baggage up to 23kg per route. Any ticket via €pistrofi promocode that is set for roundtrip can be issued either for one (1) passenger for roundrip or two (2) passengers for one way flight.  
• The seats available for tickets via €pistrofi promocode on each flight are limited, pursuant to AEGEAN and Olympic Air’s current business policy. General availability of seats on a particular flight does not imply availability of tickets via €pistrofi promocode .
• AEGEAN and Olympic Air reserve the right to limit or exclude of tickets via €pistrofi promocode seat availability on any flight, to any destination and during any period, and is not responsible for any inability to make a booking during periods of high-demand.
• Tickets via €pistrofi promocode may be issued in the name of the Card Holder or in the name of a third party that the Holder indicates to Aegean and Olympic Air.
• It is noted that Tickets via €pistrofi promocode do not include taxes, airport duties, Athens International Airport charges, additional premiums or any other charges or fees (hereinafter "Charges") imposed on passengers by any authority or body. Charges must be paid by the Holder and are posted to the Card used to redeem the €pistrofi euros for the issue/purchase of the Ticket via €pistrofi promocode.
• In case of any requested change or cancellation of ticket via €pistrofi promocode, or no-show or re-issue, €pistrofi promocode cannot be used again and it is lost. Changes or cancellations of tickets via €pistrofi promocode are not possible with the usage of €pistrofi promocode.
• The issue/purchase of tickets via €pistrofi promocode, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein, is possible with the use of the Card exclusively, online through here. Tickets via €pistrofi promocode are not issued by AEGEAN call center, travel agencies (online or offline), or other entities.
• Resale or exchange of tickets via €pistrofi promocode is strictly prohibited. In the event the aforementioned provision is violated, or where there is evidence of illegal use or abuse of the Holder's rights deriving herefrom, the Bank reserves the right to immediately exclude the Holder from any current or future offer under the Program and to remove all the €pistrofi euros from the Holder's Card.

4. Partnership with €pistrofi terms & conditions as of 10.01.2023

As of 11.01.2023, when purchasing tickets on the AEGEAN and Olympic Air network with a Eurobank credit or debit card that participates in the €pistrofi reward program:

• It will not be possible to redeem the €pistrofi that the bank's customer has accumulated in the €pistrofi program.
• It will not be possible to collect 1% €pistrofi on any transaction
• The rebooking of the ticket with the redemption of euros €pistrofi will continue to exist. More specifically, it can be done using the Card, through all AEGEAN digital channels or by calling the AEGEAN call center at 801 11 20000 from a landline with a local charge or at (+30) 210 6261000 from a mobile phone or from abroad. Ticket cancellation is only possible by phone by calling the AEGEAN call center. Ticket cancellations are subject to additional charges, depending on the fare class and seat class, based on the AEGEAN Fare Regulations
• The change and the cancellation of €pistrofi Tickets, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein, is possible with the use of the Card exclusively by calling at AEGEAN Call Center at 801 11 20000 from a landline (local call) or at (+30) 210 6261000 from a mobile phone or from abroad, Monday-Sunday, around-the-clock service. Additional charges apply.
• In case of any requested change or cancellation of ticket via €pistrofi promocode, or no-show or re-issue, €pistrofi promocode cannot be used again and it is lost. Changes or cancellations of tickets via €pistrofi promocode are not possible with the usage of €pistrofi promocode.
