Web check-in is a service by which you can check-in via your own computer wherever you are, or through your travel agent – for one or more flights. Web check-in service allows you to select your preferred seat in the aircraft and save time, by going straight to the departure gate.

What you should know about web check-in service:

You can check-in electronically from 24 hours up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight.

How to get your boarding card:

Through the web check-in section of www.aegeanair.com by following four simple steps:

	Step 1 Insert either the number of your e-ticket or your reservation code, as issued by the Aegean Airlines system, and your surname
	Step 2 - 3 Choose your flight, and just pick the seat of your choice from the aircraft seating display that will come up on the screen
	Step 4 Print out your boarding card.

It is mandatory to print the boarding card page. It’s a prerequisite to have at your disposal a printer. Faxes and photocopies will not be accepted.

Through your travel agent

At the airport

In order to travel, you should go to the airport gate, at least 30 minutes before the departure time of your flight, without visiting the check-in counter before. At the gate you have to present your id or your passport, as well as the boarding card, which you must have printed after the completion of the electronic check-in procedure.

If you have baggage to check, please proceed to the designated check-in counters of your departure airport, before heading to the departure gate. Passengers departing from Athens & Thessaloniki airports may use our dedicated baggage drop off points.

Web check-in is not available for flights departing from Tirana.
