Singapore Airlines
Aegean Airlines entered into a codeshare agreement with their Star Alliance partner Singapore Airlines. Under the agreement, Singapore Airlines added its code to Aegean-operated flights serving the Greek capital Athens from Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich and Rome, as well as to flights serving Greece’s second-largest city Thessaloniki from Frankfurt and Munich.

Aegean Airlines and Scandinavian Airlines entered into a code-share agreement that offered Scandinavian travelers more and quicker transfer points across Europe. In addition, the code share allowed Aegean to offer Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm, as new destinations in its International Network. In December 2013, Aegean Airlines entered into a codeshare agreement with Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates. Under the agreement, Etihad added its code to Aegean-operated flights serving Abu Dhabi to the Greek capital and beyond Athens to several domestic and international destinations, such as Mykonos, Santorini, Rhodes, Corfu, Heraklio, Chania, Larnaca, Madrid and Prague.
