Purpose 1. The societe anonyme named “Aegean Airlines S.A.” (or “Company”) is organizing the competition titled: “Web check-in & win” (referred here as “Competition”). The Competition is performed by “Aegean Airlines S.A.” aiming to appoint a winner who will be drawn among the users of the web check-in service. The competition is about the usage of the on line check-in service (web check-in) through the site www.aegeanair.com during the predetermined period that the competition lasts. Participation 2. All the lawful residents of Greece aged 18 and above, at the time of participating in the competition, who have completed successfully the web check-in service for their flights are eligible to participate to the competition. 3. In order to participate to the Competition, it is necessary for the participants to successfully complete their web check-in, and issue the relative boarding card.  During the web-check in procedure the user has to fill out a registration form with all the required data in order to confirm his registration. 4. In this Competition the personnel of Aegean Airlines S.A., Realize S.A., Forthnet S.A. as well as of their subsidiaries, is not allowed to participate in, including their relatives, up to third degree. 5. The Competition starts on June 2, 2008 at 09.00 pm Greece time and ends on August 1, 2008 at 09.00 pm Greece time. 6. Multiple participations per person are possible and valid given that the user/ passenger of the web check-in service has successfully completed the web check-in as well as the registration to the Competition for his/her multiple journeys during the Competition period. Participations are being confirmed through the thanking message that is being displayed to the participant’s screen, which validates the participation. Valid are only the participations for which the participant has viewed the thanking confirmation message. A database with participations will be kept in the company’s central system and will verify the validity or invalidity of each participation. 7. The thanking confirmation message is not treated as a personal certificate of identity, therefore the winner has to carry with him proof of identification, personal Id or Passport at the collection of the prize. Prize 8. Participants whose participation has been verified with the thanking message as stated above at rule 6, are entitled to take part to the draw that will appoint (1) one winner who will be given the SEAT LEON 1.4 TSI. 9. The Competition prize is a SEAT LEON 1.4 TSI vehicle with the value of €17360 in red color. Provided that there is availability of other colors the winner will choose a different color and pay any difference in price that might arise from his choice. The prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The company reserves the right to deliver a prize of equal or greater value. 10. Vehicle plate expenses and license fees are responsibilities of the winner. 11. The delivery of the vehicle will take place on the date and time that will be agreed with the winner. 12. The draw that will appoint the winner shall be performed on 03 September, 2008 at the offices of Aegean Airlines S.A., along with the presence of Aegean Airlines S.A. representatives and before the notary public of Athens, Ms Olga Fotopoulou - Hatzizahariou, who shall form the relative contract. 13. The name of the winner of the draw shall be published on 04 September, 2008 in the webpage of Aegean Airlines (www.aegeanair.com), unless the participant has already stated, through a relative electronic message, that he/her do not wish for his/her name to be published. The winner shall also be notified through e-mail in the electronic address he/she has provided. Moreover he/she will receive a letter to the address provided. Rights and Obligations By submitting participation, each participant states that the details they stated for the participation in the Competition are their true details.  Otherwise, Aegean Airlines S.A. is relieved from any obligation before the participant party. Through the completion by the candidate of the relative fields, regarding their personal details and their participation in the draw, it is considered that Aegean Airlines S.A. has rightfully, de jure, the permission to process their personal data for the purpose of the Competition, in accordance to Law 2472/97, as well as the use of their personal data for future newsletter campaigns from Aegean Airlines. The user has the right to unsubscribe from the Aegean Airlines database by sending relevant information at wwwcontact@aegeanair.com. Each participant party reserves the rights of access, amendment and objection provided by the Law.  Miscellaneous The terms of the Competition may be amended at any time by Aegean Airlines S.A. Each amendment shall be effected by the time of its publication in the webpage of the Competition http://www.aegeanair.com/Content.aspx?Page=118 The participation in the Competition also means the acceptance and inclusion to all Competition terms. In case where the smooth conduct of the Competition is disturbed by any factor (e.g. technical problem, virus, fraud), Aegean Airlines reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to postpone, cancel or continue the competition.   Any difference that may result in relation to the conduct of the Competition, the allocation of the prizes or the use of the names by Aegean Airlines S.A. shall be exclusively resolved by the Courts of Athens, and in accordance to the Greek Law.  The current terms of participation have been filed to the notary public of Athens, Ms Olga Fotopoulou - Hatzizahariou, 47 Solonos Street, Athens, through the act no.:32608/2.6.2008 for filing the competition.
